If possible, please complete your new patient paperwork ahead of time. This helps streamline your check-in process. But if you can’t finish it beforehand, don’t worry—our team will provide everything you need when you arrive.

What to Wear
When You Come to the Office
We do our best to respect your time while providing thorough, effective care. Our new patient process spans two visits:
- Health history and consultation
- Chiropractic examination
- X-rays (if needed)
- Your first adjustment to begin immediate care
- Review of your X-ray findings
- Discussion of your customized treatment plan
- Second adjustment
- Outline of recommended next steps
Financial Responsibility
During your first visit, we’ll clearly explain the cost of your exam and what’s included. Our front desk team—including our office manager and chiropractic assistants—will guide you through your payment options and any insurance questions. On your second visit, we’ll go over the cost of your full care plan, tailored to your needs.
We accept Medicare and TriWest, Motor vehicle accident and personal injury cases (including attorney-managed), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit®.
